Counts of picocyanobacteria from SMILE cruise (SKQ201703S) at the North Pacific Subtropical Front in March 2017 (NCEI Accession 0278762)

This dataset contains biological, chemical, physical, and survey - biological data collected on R/V Sikuliaq during cruise SKQ201703S from 2017-03-06 to 2017-03-27. These data include PAR, depth, dissolved Oxygen, prochlorococcus abundance, salinity, synechococcus abundance, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD profiler and Flow Cytometer. These data were collected by Anne Thompson of Portland State University as part of the "Microbial ecology of coexisting ecotypes: Are all Prochlorococcus equal? (ProEco)" project and "Ocean Time-series Sites (Ocean Time-series)" program. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2022-03-18.
