Geochemistry summary data: single cell isotope incorporation of 1H, 2H, 12C14N, 12C15N, 12C12C, 12C13C ions from Chikyu-337 (IODP 337) from 2012-07-26 to 2012-09-30 (NCEI Accession 0278779)

This dataset contains biological, chemical, and survey - biological data collected on Chikyu during cruise Chikyu-337 from 2012-07-26 to 2012-09-30. These data include abundance and dissolved inorganic Carbon. The instruments used to collect these data include Microscope-Fluorescence, Microscope-Optical, and Scanning Electron Microscope. These data were collected by Elizabeth Trembath-Reichert of California Institute of Technology as part of the "Determination of deep biosphere cell activity and identity utilizing the state of the art low-biomass, single cell techniques developed at JAMSTEC in their class 10,000 clean room (Deep biosphere cell activity)" project and "Center for Dark Energy Biosphere Investigations (C-DEBI)" and "International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP)" programs. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-08-02.
