GPS Position from 5-cm, 10-cm, and CODE-style Drifters in the Gulf of Mexico from 2017-01-24 to 2017-05-22 (NCEI Accession 0175631)

This dataset contains GPS positions/times from surface drifters of three different types: a thin 5-cm tall cylindrical hull, a 10-cm tall cylindrical hull, and a typical shallow drogued (CODE- or Davis-Style) drifter. Drifters were deployed offshore of Orange Beach, AL, in the Gulf of Mexico on 24 January 2017, and transmitted until 22 May, 2017.
