National Data Buoy Center Buoy Locations

The Buoy table consists of location information, ownership, and general geographic descriptions of buoys and weather stations. In addition to buoys operated by the National Data Buoy Center (including C-MAN stations and DART buoys), this data set includes those maintained by Chesapeake Biological Laboratory, University of South Florida, Center for Coastal and Land-Margin Research at Oregon Health & Science University, Environment Canada, Caro-COOPS: Carolinas Coastal Ocean Observing and Prediction System, Essi Corporation, Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory, Gulf of Maine Ocean Observing System, Coastal Studies Institute at Louisiana State University, Louisiana Universities Marine Consortium, Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, University of Connecticut, Department of Marine Sciences, NC-COOS: North Carolina Coastal Ocean Observing System, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, Skidaway Institute of Oceanography, Stevens Institute of Technology, Texas A & M University, and Texas Coastal Ocean Observing Network
