CTD data collected on a R/V Sarmiento de Gamboa cruise in the Subtropical North Atlantic Ocean between January and March 2011 (Microbial associations in zooplankton project) (NCEI Accession 0277916)

This dataset contains biological, optical, and physical data collected on R/V Sarmiento de Gamboa during cruise Malaspina_2011 from 2011-01-01 to 2011-12-31. These data include PAR, depth, fluorescence, and salinity calculated from CTD primary sensors. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD Sea-Bird. These data were collected by Dr Pia Moisander of University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and Mar Benavides of Université de Toulon as part of the "Microbial associations in zooplankton: significance for the marine nitrogen cycle (Microbial associations in zooplankton)" project. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-04-04.

The following is the text of the dataset description provided by BCO-DMO:

CTD data collected on Ophelia out of the University of Copenhagen.
