Bacterioplankton data from coral and coral mucus aquaria experiments conducted at Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences in 2013 (NCEI Accession 0278256)

This dataset contains chemical and physical data collected at BIOS during deployment Apprill_2013 at Bermuda, Red Sea, Federated States of Micronesia, Florida Keys, and Australia from 2013-01-01 to 2013-12-31. These data include Ammonium, Nitrite, Silicate, dissolved organic Carbon, nitrate plus nitrite, reactive phosphorus (PO4), salinity calculated from CTD primary sensors, and water temperature. The instruments used to collect these data include Microscope-Fluorescence and PCR Thermal Cycler. These data were collected by Dr Amy Apprill of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution as part of the "Fundamental Coral-Microbial Associations (Coral Microbial Relationships)" project. The Biological and Chemical Oceanography Data Management Office (BCO-DMO) submitted these data to NCEI on 2019-06-05.
