This dataset contains physical, optical, and chemical properties of atmospheric marine aerosols from two different cruises aboard NOAA R/V Ronald H. Brown as part of the NEAQS project. The first cruise (NEAQS-2002) took place from 12 July to 10 August 2002, and the second cruise (NEAQS-2004) from 05 July to 13 August 2004.
The data from each cruise is divided into multiple csv datasets, summarized as follows:
Main - Navigation, Meteorology, Scattering, and Absorption;
Chemistry - Aerosol species concentrations at varying particle diameters;
AOD - Aerosol optical depth at varying wavelengths;
DMS - Seawater Dimethyl sulfide;
Radon - Radon Concentration;
Size Distribution (APS) - Aerodynamic Particle Size Distribution;
Size Distribution (DMPS) - Differential Mobility Particle Size Distribution;
Size Distribution - Merged version of the APS and DMPS datasets
