The library of scattering coefficients contains scattering coefficients of rough hail obtained from computational electromagnetic models modeled in WIPL-D software. The library consists of models of dry and wet (water coated) hail with axis ratios of 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8 and core sizes from 5 mm to 100 mm. Model surface roughness is introduced as a fraction of the models' equatorial radius.
