ns-3 ORAN Module

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

This module for ns-3 implements the classes required to model a network architecture based on the O-RAN Alliance's specifications. These models include a Radio Access Network (RAN) Intelligent Controller (RIC) that is functionally equivalent to O-RAN's Near-Real Time (Near-RT) RIC, and reporting modules that attach to simulation nodes and serve as communication endpoints with the RIC in a similar fashion as the E2 Terminators in O-RAN.

Dual electro-optic frequency comb photonic thermometry

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

Data from peer-reviewed publication: A. J. Fleisher et al., Dual electro-optic frequency comb photonic thermometry, Optics Letters. We report a precision realization of photonic thermometry using dual-comb spectroscopy to interrogate a ?-phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating. We achieve read-out stability of 7.5 mK at 1 s and resolve temperature changes of similar magnitude?sufficient for most industrial applications.

Data for manuscript entitled "Quantum-limited optical time transfer for future geosynchronous links"

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

Data for the figures in the manuscript entitled "Quantum-limited optical time transfer for future geosynchronous links" first published as a preprint at https://arxiv.org/abs/2212.12541. Abstract: The combination of optical time transfer and optical clocks opens up the possibility of large-scale free-space networks that connect both ground-based optical clocks and future space-based optical clocks. Such networks promise better tests of general relativity, dark matter searches, and gravitational wave detection.

TREC 2022 Deep Learning test collection

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

This is a test collection for passage and document retrieval, produced in the TREC 2023 Deep Learning track. The Deep Learning Track studies information retrieval in a large training data regime. This is the case where the number of training queries with at least one positive label is at least in the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands or more.

Evaluating Correlation Between Measurement Samples in Reverberation Chambers Using Clustering

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

Evaluating Correlation Between Measurement Samples in Reverberation Chambers Using ClusteringAbstract: Traditionally, in reverberation chambers (RC) measurement autocorrelation or correlation-matrix methods have been applied to evaluate measurement correlation. In this article, we introduce the use of clustering based on correlative distance to group correlated measurements. We apply the method to measurements taken in an RC using one and two paddles to stir the electromagnetic fields and applying decreasing angular steps between consecutive paddles positions.

`thermoextrap`: Thermodynamic Extrapolation/Interpolation Library

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

This is a python package to perform thermodynamic extrapolation andinterpolation of observables calculated from molecular simulations. This allowsfor more efficient use of simulation data for calculating how observables changewith simulation conditions, including temperature, density, pressure, chemicalpotential, or force field parameters.

Activation loop plasticity and active site coupling in the MAP kinase, ERK2: Supplementary Data, Trajectories, and Scripts

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

Conventional molecular dynamics (MD) simulations using the GPU-enabled CUDA version of the pmemd executable (pmemd.cuda) in AMBER were applied to explore the structure and dymanics of MAPK, ERK2. The role of dual phosphorylation was explored by comparing 0P-ERK2 with 2P-ERK2 (two phosphate groups added at T183 and Y185). Both 0P-ERK2 and 2P-ERK2 models were treated with the ff19SB forcefield immersed in a solution of 0.15 M NaCl in OPC water. The results showed that the A-loop can adopt multiple long-lived (>5 microseconds) conformational states.
