This dataset consists of surface underway measurements collected during the R/V Algoa cruise Southern Benguela (IEP:SB) (EXPOCODE 91AL20211115) in the coastal waters of South Africa from 2021-11-15 to 2021-11-23. The sea-surface partial pressure of CO2 (pCO2) was measured in the Southern Benguela off the west coast of South Africa as part of the November 2021 Integrated Ecosystem Programme: Southern Benguela (IEP:SB). The IEP is a multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional platform to undertake research and monitoring in the Southern Benguela.

This dataset includes discrete sample and profile data collected during the U.S. Navy Ship Atlantis Fisheries and Oceans Canada Atlantic Zone Offshore Monitoring Program (AZOMP) cruise (EXPOCODE 33AT20220504) in the Labrador Sea, the North Atlantic from 2022-05-04 to 2022-05-27. These data include temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, chlorofluorocarbon (CFC-12), sulfur hexafluoride (SF6), nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), pCO2 and other parameters.

This data package contains data measured using an autonomous total alkalinity titrator on board the NOAA Ship Henry B. Bigelow cruises in 2021. Data were collected from the ship's underway seawater supply during the seven hydrographic surveys, from March 12 to November 3, 2021. Spatial data coverage extends from the Gulf of Maine to Cape Hatteras. This effort was part of the NOAA Ocean Acidification Program (OAP) grant entitled "Optimizing Ocean Acidification Observations for Model Parameterization in the Coupled Slope Water".

The State of Hawaii DLNR (Department of Land and Natural Resources) DAR (Division of Aquatic Resources) marine monitoring team conducted surveys for benthic monitoring at 6 locations around Hawaii Island. At the 6 locations, one deep (10 meter) and one shallow (3 meter) site was surveyed through benthic photo quad image collection along 10 fixed transects. These permanent monitoring sites were established as part of the Coral Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (CRAMP). Sites were paired to represent the shallow and deep habitat at each location.
