Temperature profile and other data were collected using CTD casts in the Northeast Pacific Ocean and Coastal Waters of California from June 15, 2000 to January 17, 2001. Data were submitted by Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) as part of the Fisheries-Oceanography Coordinated Investigations (FOCI) project.

Physical, current, and other data were collected from CTD and current meters from FIXED PLATFORMS from Coastal Waters of Washington/Oregon and other locations from 01 August 2000 to 29 August 2000. Data were collected by the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) in support of the Fisheries-Oceanography Coordinated Investigations (FOCI) project. CTD data include temperature, conductivity, and salinity.

Roi-Namur is located at the northernmost tip of Kwajalein Atoll, approximately 64 kilometers north of the U.S. Army Kwajalein Atoll (USAKA) central command post on Kwajalein Islet. Roi-Namur has a single sewage outfall, which is located at the northwestern corner of the islet. Originally, the outfall extended from shore to a point about halfway across the reef flat where the pipe ended abruptly as an upturned, uncapped elbow. Raw sewage was pumped through the pipe in pulses approximately every 15-20 minutes.

Physical data were collected from XBT casts from the Indian Ocean. Data were collected from 01 January 1989 to 30 June 1993. Data were submitted by the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (CSIRO) in support of the Global Temperature-Salinity Pilot Project (GTSPP). Physical parameters include profiles of temperature.

Primary productivity data were collected in middle loch of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, from 20 November 1975 to 27 November 1996. Data were collected by Leeward Community College and include results obtained employing the Winkler titration method with initial bottles, light bottles, and dark bottles. Data include rates of net productivity, gross productivity, and respiration.

Temperature profile, conductivity, pressure, and other data were collected using CTD casts in the Pacific Ocean from 01 June 1985 to 31 August 2001. Data were submitted by Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory as part of the Vents Program.

CTD and other data were collected from NOAA Ship RONALD H. BROWN in the NE and SE Pacific from 05 September 2001 to 25 October 2001. CTD data consist of temperature and salinity profiles. Profiles were collected by three programs: Equatorial Pacific Air-Sea CO2 Exchange Experiment (GASEX II), East Pacific Investigation of Climate Processes in the Coupled Ocean-Atmosphere System (EPIC 2001), and Global Ocean-Atmosphere-Land System (GOALS)/Pan American Climate Studies (PACS).

CTD and other data were collected from NOAA Ship RONALD H. BROWN and NOAA Ship KA'IMIMOANA in the NE and SW Pacific from 14 January 2001 to 05 December 2001. CTD data consist of temperature and salinity profiles. Profiles were collected by three programs: Equatorial Pacific Air-Sea CO2 Exchange Experiment (GASEX II), East Pacific Investigation of Climate Processes in the Coupled Ocean-Atmosphere System (EPIC 2001), and Global Ocean-Atmosphere-Land System (GOALS)/Pan American Climate Studies (PACS).

This dataset contains data from 84 high resolution CTD stations, collected 26 Dec 1999 to 8 Feb 2000 by R/V Nathaniel B Palmer. These data support the Antarctic Pack Ice Seals (APIS) project, funded by the US National Science Foundation grant #OPP9816086. Data were acquired using a SeaBird 911plus CTD and processed by the data originator with SeaBird data processing software.
