This dataset includes dissolved oxygen, nutrients, pH, phosphate, salinity, and temperature collected by bottle from cruises OB-15, OB-16, OB-7, ZUBOV-1, ZUBOV-11, ZUBOV-15, ZUBOV-20, ZUBOV-22, and ZUBOV-6 in the Indian Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and Southern Ocean from 12/22/1961 to 2/24/1978. Data were redigitized by Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute (AARI) to include additional parameters as well as to correct parameters which were in error in the NODC database.

This dataset contains 1990, 91, 92 and 1995 zooplankton species (scientific names), individual densities, total densities and optical backscattering data collected in the Lower Columbia River estuary on the Clifford A. Barnes, Wecoma, R/V Sproul. The data files include the CRETM zooplankton data format and metadata, species list and the data for each field period. These data were received from the CRTEM/LMER web server. They are "coastal ocean" data sets.
The PI is Mr. Charles A. Simenstad, Univ. of Washington, Fisheries Research Institute, Seattle, WA.
