Water temperature, salinity, and others taken by CTD and Niskin bottles from the research vessel Neil Armstrong, cruise AR35-05, in the North Atlantic from 08-02-2019 to 08-25-2019 (NCEI Accession 0251721)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This submission contains salinity-calibrated Conductivity Temperature Depth (CTD) data from the 2019 Ocean Observations Initiative (OOI) Irminger Sea 6 cruise (AR35-05). Data quality control methods have been used to assess performance of the CTD instrument. Resulting high-quality profiles were then used together with salinity bottle data analyzed at sea to create a post-cruise salinity-calibrated CTD product.

Lake Pontchartrain Beach Harmful Algal Bloom Monitoring from May to September 2020 (NCEI Accession 0251826)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Water quality data was collected by the United States Army Corp of Engineers at numerous locations along the shore of Lake Ponchartrain and the Tangipahoa River in Louisiana from May to September 2020. The samples were collected repeatedly at 6 locations. The parameters collected include ammonia, phosphorus, chlorophyll, phycocyanin, microcystin, silica, water temperature, dissolved oxygen, dissolved oxygen percent saturation, depth, pH, total dissolved solids, total organic content, salinity, specific conductance, and plankton cell counts.

Coral bleaching data from Bleachwatch in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary from 2021-04-01 to 2021-10-15 (NCEI Accession 0252120)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
In order to accurately assess the initial affects of bleaching events, and to assess coral condition during and after bleaching events, the Florida Keys BleachWatch program coordinates a large network of trained observers to provide regular reports of actual coral conditions on the reefs.

Particle sizes of Pliocene and Pleistocene core sediments from IODP Expedition 323 in the Bering Sea
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data compilation includes the results of grain size analyses of core sediment collected by IODP during Expedition 323 in the Bering Sea. One dataset is included for each of the five sites investigated: Sites U1339, U1340, U1341, U1343, and U1344. The cruise occurred in Summer 2009, the analyses were carried out between 2010 and 2012. This compilation is the only sedimentologic resource curently available for the Bering Sea to cover a long period of Earth's recent climate history (about 5Ma to present) from different locations within the basin (Bering Slope and Bowers Ridge).
