Raster data are derived from species distribution models, which are based on statistical species-habitat relationships (Guisan and Zimmermann 2000; Robinson et al. 2011).

This data set contains oceanographic data (CTD and Nav data), logs and tracking sheets, and color images. The main objective was to investigate and document poorly understood areas of Glacier Bay National Park.

The data set contains records of targeted white shrimp and brown shrimp and bycatch (counts and CPUE) collected during tests of TEDs in small trynets conducted in the northern GOM near Pascagoula and Ocean Springs, MS, from 2017-09-12 to 2017-09-21.

This dataset contain ventilation ages calculated using the transit time distribution (TTD) method (e.g., Waugh et al., 2004) on the GLODAPv2 data synthesis product (Olsen et al., 2016). Ventilation age is defined as the time elapsed since a water parcel was last in contact with the atmosphere. Our calculated ages are estimated from measured concentrations of the transient tracers sulphur hexafluoride (SF6), and the chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) CFC-11 and CFC-12.

This dataset contains CTD, short-lived radioisotope (SLRad), sediment sample location data, and other sediment data types obtained from sediment cores collected aboard R/V Weatherbird cruise WB-0816 in the Gulf of Mexico from 2016-08-05 to 2016-09-09. Other sediment data types included are bulk density/porewater, sediment core photographs, and sediment texture and composition data. The CTD profiles were done at 22 locations using Sea-Bird SBE25 and Sea-Bird SBE43 from 2016-08-07 to 2016-09-09.

This dataset includes discrete sample and profile data collected under the Atlantic Zone Monitoring Program in the Estuary and Gulf of St. Lawrence from 2012-04-20 to 2020-10-30. These data include water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity, pH on the total scale, and ammonium.
