Coastal Ocean Data Analysis Product in North America (CODAP-NA, Version 2021) (NCEI Accession 0219960)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data package contains an internally consistent data product for discrete inorganic carbon, oxygen, and nutrients on the U.S. North American ocean margins, i.e., Coastal Ocean Data Analysis Product (CODAP-NA). It is created by compiling, quality controlling (QC), and synthesizing two decades of discrete measurements of inorganic carbon, oxygen, and nutrient chemistry data from North America’s U.S. coastal oceans. Due to the lack of deep-water sampling (>1500m), cross-over analyses were not conducted like the open ocean data products.

Current velocity, surface temperature and salinity taken by ADCP from the research vessel Ryofu Maru, cruise 11-08, in the Philippine Sea from 2011-08-22 to 2011-08-31 (NCEI Accession 0220020)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains current velocity, surface temperature and salinity in the Philippine Sea. Cruise RF11-08 was carried out during the period from July to September, 2011. Current data were measured by Teledyne RDI's vessel-mounted ADCP system (38kHz Ocean Surveyor). These data are part of the World Data Service and US State Department Marine Research Data U2011-004. Data are in PDF.

OceanSODA-ETHZ: A global gridded dataset of the surface ocean carbonate system for seasonal to decadal studies of ocean acidification (v2023) (NCEI Accession 0220059)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains a global gridded dataset of the surface ocean carbonate system for seasonal to decadal studies of ocean acidification (v2023). The full marine carbonate system is calculated from machine learning estimates of Total Alkalinity (TA) and the fugacity of carbon dioxide (fCO2). The surface-ocean fCO2 presented here is the ensemble mean of 16 two-step clustering-regression machine learning estimates. The ensemble is a combination of eight clustering instances and two regression methods.

NCCOS spatial modeling of threatened Caribbean corals: process-based models for Acropora palmata (elkhorn coral) distributions in the U.S. Virgin Islands (NCEI Accession 0220087)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset is a compilation of modeled current and future density distributions of threatened elkhorn corals Acropora palmata in the shallow water (bottom depth ≥ -20 m) off St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. The raster data sets contain predicted distributions of species density and the prediction uncertainty in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2035 and 2055 estimated using process-based random forest (RF) and dynamic range models (DRM). These predictions were generated to inform Caribbean A. palmata restoration plans in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Physical, chemical, and biological water quality data and CTD casts collected from small boats in Saginaw Bay, Lake Huron in the Great Lakes region from 2008-05-12 to 2010-10-13 (NCEI Accession 0220469)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset includes physical, chemical, and biological water sampling data collected in Saginaw Bay, Lake Huron from 2008 to 2010. These data were collected to aid in the understanding of nutrient loading, harmful algal blooms (HABs), and beach health of the Saginaw Bay ecosystem. Water samples were collected 0.5 m below the surface in 500 mL acid-washed bottles pre-rinsed with sample water, stored at 4 °C in the dark, and processed within 24 hours.
