Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset includes surface underway measurements of partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2) in water and atmosphere, sea surface temperature, sea surface salinity and barometric pressure collected during the M/V Tavastland cruises in the Baltic Sea in from 2019-10-02 to 2020-01-02. A General Oceanics (GO) pCO2 system (model 8050) was used for pCO2 measurements. The system is described in detail in Pierrot (2009). Microplastics, sea surface salinity, partial pressure of water carbon dioxide, temperature, and other data collected from platform VO65 / team AkzoNobel as part of the Ocean Race Tour in North Atlantic Ocean, Baltic Sea, and others from 2019-05-26 to 2019-09-25 (NCEI Accession 0225418)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset contains the in situ oceanographic observations collected from using the 5th generation OceanPack by SubCtech to measure fCO2(pCO2,xCO2), sea surface salinity, chlorophyll a, and sea surface temperature. Besides, frequent samples were analyzed for microplastic concentration per cubic meter. The sampled water was pumped from the VO65 hulls scoop inlet at an average depth of 1.5 m for continuous measurements. Zero-calibrations were set to every 24 hours and autonomous span CO2 gas calibration was performed in every harbor after each leg.
