NCCOS Mapping: Geospatial products of water depth, acoustic backscatter, and ROV data collected from NOAA Ship Nancy Foster in the US Caribbean off the coast of Northwest Puerto Rico from 2022-03-14 to 2022-03-31 (NCEI Accession 0279008)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Multibeam and acoustic backscatter data collected from NOAA Ship Nancy Foster from 2022-03-14 to 2022-03-31. The majority of these data were collected using a Kongsberg EM710, with the most inshore portion collected using a Kongsberg EM2040. Bathymetry grids were created using Qimera, and corrected to Mean Lower Low Water (MLLW). Backscatter mosaics were created using Fledermaus Geocoder Toolbox (FMGT). Data were acquired and processed to meet IHO Order 1 specifications. Survey depths vary from 10m to over 1800m. EM710 data are available at 8m, 16m and 32m resolution.

Trajectory profile data from glider ru30, including pH, Total Alkalinity, and Aragonite Saturation State, deployed by Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in the Mid-Atlantic Bight from 2021-05-03 to 2021-05-27 (NCEI Accession 0279102)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains the trajectory profile data from glider ru30 from one seasonal deployment (2021-05-03 to 2021-05-27) to investigate carbonate chemistry and monitor ocean acidification seasonally in the Mid-Atlantic Bight. The glider used for the automated observation includes an integrated deep rated version of the Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistor (ISFET)-based pH sensor.

A novel sea surface partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2) data product for the global coastal ocean resolving trends over the 1982-2020 period (NCEI Accession 0279118)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains continuous monthly maps of sea surface partial pressure of CO2 (pCO2) in the coastal ocean from 1982 to 2020. This product is an updated version of the coastal product of Laruelle et al. (2017) and has been created using a 2-step Self Organizing Maps (SOM) and Feed Forward Network (FFN) method and uses ~ 18 million direct observations from the latest release of the Surface Ocean CO2 database (SOCATv2022, Bakker et al., 2014, 2022).

Decadal Trends in the Oceanic Storage of Anthropogenic Carbon from 1994 to 2014 (NCEI Accession 0279447)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset consists of the estimated decadal changes in the oceanic content of anthropogenic CO2 (∆Cant) between 1994, 2004 and 2014 as described in detail in Müller et al. (2023, in press, AGU Advances). These estimates have been derived from the GLODAPv2.2021 product (Lauvset et al., 2021) using the eMLR(C*) method developed by Clement & Gruber (2018). The datasets contain in addition to the standard estimate also 10 sensitivity cases, which are intended to assess the robustness of the standard estimates to different changes in the estimation procedure.
