FRC3: Fiber Reinforced Composite, Fiber Reuse Characterization, Facilitating Reclamation and Collection

A machine-readable database of characterization data for high-performance fibers used in body armor, aerospace, and related composite applications. FRC3 consolidates datasets from multiple independent studies, spanning about 20 years of testing across para-aramid, ultra-high molar mass polyethylene, liquid crystal polyester, polyamide, carbon, cellulose, and polybenzobisoxazole fibers. Data include single-fiber tensile testing, yarn tensile testing, ballistic V50 results, molar-mass distribution measurements, and spectroscopic degradation tracking.

For the data from the NASCTN CBRS SEA program, it works as "Geo Mapping for RF spectrum": one interface where X is always time and color is power. Zoom continuously from a two-year overview down to microsecond structure — the viewer swaps resolution layers as you go. For other IQ time series, it can be used as a spectra viewer with a zoomable interface.

Live IQ Navigation and Display Application (LINDA)

Github repository for the application LINDA. LINDA is a live RF visualization suite for software-defined radios. It streams real-time spectrogram waterfalls and power spectral density (PSD) displays to a web browser, SSH terminal, or the radio's local display. A synthetic demo mode supports development without radio hardware.

Fingerprint Minutiae Viewer 2.0 (FpMV2)

The Fingerprint Minutiae Viewer 2.0 (FpMV2) is a cross-platform GUI application that is distributed and developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The goal of this software is to provide researchers with a tool for viewing a fingerprint image with minutiae points overlaid on top of the fingerprint. The minutiae detection is based on the "mindtct" application from the NIST Biometric Image Software (NBIS).
