This database contains critically evaluated transition frequencies for the molecular transitions detected in interstellar and circumstellar clouds reported in the literature through mid-2008. The tabulated transition frequencies are recommended for reference in future astronomical observations in the centimeter and millimeter wavelength regions. The transition frequencies have been selected through a critical examination and analysis of the laboratory spectral data obtained from the literature.

Atomic Reference Data for Electronic Structure Calculations contains total energies, partial energies and orbital eigenvalues for the atoms hydrogen through uranium, as computed in several standard variants of density-functional theory, both non-relativistic and relativistic. This data has been calculated to micro-Hartree accuracy to provide a benchmark for electronic structure calculations.

There are two objectives of this shape retrieval contest:

a) To evaluate partial similarity between query and target objects and retrieve complete 3D models that are relevant to a partial query object.

b) To retrieve 3D models those are relevant to a query depth map. This task corresponds to a real life scenario where the query is a 3D range scan of an object acquired from an arbitrary view direction. The algorithm should retrieve the relevant 3D objects from a database.

Task description

The objectives of this shape retrieval contest are to evaluate the performance of 3D shape retrieval approaches on a new generic 3D shape benchmark.

Task description: In response to a given set of queries, the task is to evaluate similarity scores with the target models and return an ordered ranked list along with the similarity scores for each query.

The NIST Clathrate Hydrate Physical Property Database contains data from two resources: the Thermophysical Properties of Gas Hydrates Database maintained by NIST and the Web-based Mallik Database from the Geological Survey of Canada . The Thermophysical Properties of Gas Hydrates Database contains thermophysical property data for gas hydrates taken from the archival literature. The data has all been evaluated for consistency by an expert in the field and is stored with complete reference information. This archive is intended to store ALL of this type of data available in published form.

This database contains cryogenic material property data.

The Human Mitochondrial Protein Database (HMPDb) provides comprehensive data on mitochondrial and human nuclear encoded proteins involved in mitochondrial biogenesis and function. This database consolidates information from SwissProt, LocusLink, Protein Data Bank (PDB), GenBank, Genome Database (GDB), Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM), Human Mitochondrial Genome Database (mtDB), MITOMAP, Neuromuscular Disease Center and Human 2-D PAGE Databases. This database is intended as a tool not only to aid in studying the mitochondrion but in studying the associated diseases.

This database contains benchmark results for simulation of plasma population kinetics and emission spectra. The data were contributed by the participants of the 4th Non-LTE Code Comparison Workshop who have unrestricted access to the database. The only limitation for other users is in hidden labeling of the output results. Guest users can proceed to the database entry page without entering userid and password.
