Exoskeleton Performance Data

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The National Institute of Standards and Technology, Intelligent Systems Division has collected data measuring human subjects, while performing common, simulated industrial manufacturing tasks with and without wearing an exoskeleton. Five tests were completed as part of a research study to develop measurement science towards standard test methods. For simulated industrial manufacturing tasks were performed using a novel, now standardized apparatus, called the Position and Load Test Apparatus for Exoskeletons (PoLoTAE).

Supplemental Data and Source Code for Min-Max Test Research

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The data, source code and scripts included in this dataset are used to generate the results presented in the manuscript "The min-max test: an objective method for discriminating mass spectra" by Moorthy and Sisco. The manuscript explores a new method for objectively discriminating electron ionization mass spectra, a task that is commonplace when compounds are closely eluting in gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The C++ source codes and R analysis scripts can be extended for other application areas.

Dataset of channels and received IEEE 802.11ay signals for sensing applications in the 60GHz band

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The dataset can be used to develop and test algorithms for communication and sensing in the 60GHz band. The dataset consists of synthetically generated indoor mm-wave channels between a MIMO transmitter and a MIMO receivers. Multiple targets are moving in the room. Number of targets, velocity of each target and trajectory are randomized across the dataset. The dataset contains also noisy received IEEE 802.11ay channel estimation fields. The dataset is suitable for development and testing of machine/deep learning algorithms.

Translator from Extended SysML to Physical Interaction and Signal Flow Simulation Platforms, version 1.1

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The translator implements the SysML Extension for Physical Interaction and Signal Flow Simulation (SysPhS), version 1.1. It can generate Modelica and Simulink/Simscape files from SysML models extended according to the SysPhS specification. This dataset binary and source code for the translator, as well as a set of SysML models that can be translated into simulation models. Disclaimer: Certain commercial equipment, instruments, or materials are identified in this dataset to specify the experimental procedure adequately.

Deep Video Understanding Annotations Dataset

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The BBC Land Girls TV series is a 3 season series. Each season is 5 episodes of about 45mins each. The TRECVID group at NIST worked with the BBC Corp. to release the dataset to the research community to work on video understanding tasks. Unfortunately, the hosting arrangement for the dataset was not successful and the release of the video dataset couldn't be done. We are releasing the annotations conducted by NIST, without any video data, so that the researchers interested in working on knowledge graph understanding and natural language analysis can take advantage of them.

Supporting Data for Method Assessment for Non-Targeted Analyses (MANTA) Program: Interlaboratory Study 1 Results

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

Supporting data for the results of Interlaboratory 1 of the Method Assessment for Non-Targeted Analyses. The datasets include the chemical compound descriptions, laboratory mean responses, and the tools for the principal components analysis of the datasets. In addition, a Microsoft Excel file, which was given to all participants, allowed for the analysis of the metadata.

Frequency stabilization of a quantum cascade laser by weak resonant feedback from a Fabry-Perot cavity

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

Data from peer-reviewed publication: G. Zhao et al., Frequency stabilization of a quantum cascade laser by weak resonant feedback from a Fabry-Perot cavity, Optics Letters. Frequency-stabilized mid-infrared lasers are valuable tools for precision molecular spectroscopy. However, their implementation remains limited by complicated stabilization schemes. Here we achieve optical self-locking of a quantum cascade laser to the resonant leak-out field of a highly mode-matched two-mirror cavity.
