"module-utilities": A Python package for simplify creating python modules.
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
"module-utilities" is a python package of utilities to simplify working with python packages. The main features of `module-utilities` are as follows: "cached" module: A module to cache class attributes and methods. Right now, this uses a standard python dictionary for storage. Future versions will hopefully be more robust to threading and shared cache."docfiller" module: A module to share documentation. This is adapted from the pandas `doc` decorator.

Multiplatform metabolomic interlaboratory study of a whole human stool candidate reference material from omnivore and vegan donors
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
The repository contains the analysis and results collected during a metabolomics interlaboratory study. The study involved the experimental analysis of human stool from vegan and omnivore donors preserved in lyophilized format and aqueous phase, all stored at -80 C. The interlaboratory study (ILS) involved 18 participant institutions, and they were given the flexibility to use their preferred sample preparation method and analytical platform to analyze the stool samples.

Data associated with manuscript "Linearizing the vertical scale of an interferometric microscope and its effect on step-height measurement"
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This repository contains all of the data used in the manuscript "Linearizing the vertical scale of an interferometric microscope and its effect on step-height measurement," by Thomas A. Germer, T. Brian Renegar, Ulf Griesmann, and Johannes A. Soons, which will be submitted for publication in Surface Topography: Metrology and Properties. The repository also contains a Python Jupyter notebook that performs the analysis of the data and generates the figures in the manuscript.

Stochastic Regression and Peak Delineation with Flow Cytometry Data
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This data repository contains original files (fcs) of flow cytometry experiments. The data was used to demonstrate the use of stochastic regression to quantify subpopulations of cells that have distinctly different genome copies per cell within a heterogenous population of Escherichia coli (E. coli) cells. This new approach gives estimates of signal and noise, the former of which is used for analysis, and the latter is used to quantify uncertainty.

Dataset of Published Concentrations of Plastic Additives in the Ocean
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Concentrations of plastic additive chemicals were taken from peer-reviewed literature. Only studies that mentioned the chemicals as plastic additives were included. Studies that measured plastic additives in marine plastic debris, marine organisms, marine sediments and/or seawater were included.

Text Retrieval Conference (TREC) Total Recall collections
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This data was used in the TREC 2015 and 2016 total recall track. The goal of the total recall track was to help develop retrieval systems tuned to retrieving ALL relevant information, as opposed to common web search engines where one good answer could be sufficient.

On-Wafer Calibration Comparisons of Multiline TRL with Platinum and Gold Conductors
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Here are included figures and other relevant data from the paper "On-Wafer Calibration Comparisons of Multiline TRL with Platinum and Gold Conductors" to be published in International Microwave Symposium 2024.Introduction: On-wafer calibrations are critical for measurements of embedded devices at the correct reference planes. A major challenge in on-wafer calibrations is the development of accurate calibrations that cover a frequency range from MHz to THz. Another challenge facing on-wafer measurements is the lack of calibrations that are directly traceable to the SI.

Interlaboratory Measurement of Adeno-Associated Virus:Comparative Quantification of Full and Empty Capsids
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Summary Data For Interlaboratory Study on Adeno-Associated Virus Particles. This contains all the data to be published in a journal article detailing the measurement of full-to-total ratio by analytical ultracentrifugation, size exclusion chromatography-multiangle light scattering, polymerase chain reaction, and ultraviolet spectrophometry. Samples here consisted of nominally 100% full particles, nominally 0% full particles, and a 50:50 mixture of the two.

Dataset demonstrating feasibility of two-ladder sensing approach
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Datasets included in manuscript on simultaneous two-ladder sensing, titled "Independent Rydberg Atom Sensing using a Dual-Ladder Scheme" to be submitted to Applied Physics Letters. The data for figure 1 contains experimental EIT traces for both ladders, and figure 2 contains the data for false-color plots showing the polarization-specific response of each ladder.

Raw data from NIST-led interlaboratory study on the working curve in vat photopolymerization
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Raw data from interlaboratory study on the working curve (Link to publication here: ). Each dataset has a header indicating the nominal wavelength and intensity of the light engine used to measure the working curve. Each file contains paired radiant exposure (in units of mJ/cm2) and cure depth (in units of µm) measurements provided by participants.
