Discrete profile measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity (TA), salinity, nutrients, oxygen and pH during the CCGS John P. Tully Line P cruise off the west coast of Vancouver Island from 2008-06-01 to 2008-06-11 (NCEI Accession 0302482)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
These data were collected from the west coast of Vancouver Island, between from 2008-06-01 to 2008-06-11, as part of the Line P Water Properties Survey led by Marie Robert. This cruise also contributes to the complete time series under NCEI #0110260. Discrete dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity (TA), salinity and nutrient samples were taken from rosette casts with 10L Niskin bottles and analyzed at the Institute of Ocean Sciences.

NOAA RESTORE Science Program: Linking Community and Food-web Approaches to Restoration: Bulk sulfur stable isotopes of on- and off-marsh fish species in restored vs. natural Louisiana marshes near the West Pointe A La Hache siphon, May 2018 (NCEI Accession 0302625)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains bulk sulfur stable isotope values (δ34S) derived from muscle tissue collected from fish species utilizing various marsh sub-habitats (edge, creek, ponds) along a salinity gradient in restored (LHA, LHB) and natural (LHC, WPH1, WPH2, PS7) marshes at various distances from a freshwater diversion in the vicinity of West Pointe a la Hache (WPH), Lake Hermitage (LH), and Port Sulphur (PS), Louisiana in May 2018. Species composition (determined to the lowest possible taxonomic level), length, mass, sex, and sulfur content are also included in this dataset.

SPLASH Field Study; NOAA GML Surface Radiation Budget and Near-Surface Meteorology Data at Kettle Ponds and Brush Creek, Colorado (NCEI Accession 0302673)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
From fall 2021 through summer 2023, NOAA and research partners conducted a field study (SPLASH - the Study of Precipitation, the Lower Atmosphere and Surface for Hydrometeorology). This field study established a state-of-the-art observing network in the East River watershed of the Colorado mountains with a goal of advancing weather and water prediction capabilities in areas with complex terrain. The ultimate goal of this project is improved prediction of weather and water in the Colorado mountains and beyond to inform societal preparedness and response.

NOAA RESTORE Science Program: Linking Community and Food-web Approaches to Restoration: Organic matter decomposition in restored vs. natural Louisiana marshes near the West Pointe A La Hache siphon, 2018-05-21 to 2021-07-28 (NCEI Accession 0302679)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains calculated organic matter decomposition rates from created and natural brackish marshes in Plaquemines parish, Louisiana near the West Pointe A La Hache siphon. One litter bag transect was deployed at six sites in May 2018, May 2019, and May 2021. Each litter bag transect was comprised of five plots at 1, 10, 25, 50, & 100 m from the marsh edge. Each of the five plots contained five litter bags with 25 grams of dried Spartina alterniflora per bag. Bags were deployed for two months.
