Global Ocean Data Analysis Project version 2.2021 (GLODAPv2.2021) (NCEI Accession 0237935)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset consists of the GLODAPv2.2021 data product composed of data from 989 scientific cruises covering the global ocean between 1972 and 2020. It includes full depth discrete bottle measurements of salinity, oxygen, nitrate, silicate, phosphate, dissolved inorganic carbon (TCO2), total alkalinity (TAlk), CO2 fugacity (fCO2), pH, chlorofluorocarbons (CFC-11, CFC-12, CFC-113, and CCl4), various isotopes and organic compounds. It was created by appending data from 43 cruises to GLODAPv2.2020 (Olsen et al., 2020, NCEI Accession 0210813).

A compiled data product of profile, discrete biogeochemical measurements from 35 individual cruise datasets collected from a variety of ships in the southern Salish Sea and northern California Current System (Washington state marine waters) from 2008-02-04 to 2018-10-19 (NCEI Accession 0238424)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset contains the compiled cruise data product consisting of 35 individual cruise datasets collected in Washington state marine waters from a variety of research vessels from 2008-02-04 to 2018-10-19. Water-column time-series stations were occupied in the Salish Sea and adjoining northern California Current System coastal waters in Washington State. Each cruise was designed to obtain a synoptic or targeted snapshot of key carbon, physical, and other biogeochemical parameters as they relate to ocean acidification (OA) in Washington's estuarine and/or coastal environments.

Dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, pH, and dissolved oxygen collected from profile, discrete sampling, and time series observations using CTD, Niskin bottle, and other instruments from R/V Gulf Challenger near a buoy off the coast of New Hampshire, U.S. in the Gulf of Maine from 2016-02-02 to 2016-12-07 (NCEI Accession 0238999)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset contains the discrete (Niskin bottle and CTD profile) data collected near the UNH/PMEL CO2 Buoy, located off the coast of New Hampshire, between 2016 and 2020. All data were collected aboard the UNH R/V Gulf Challenger. Additionally, an underway pCO2 measurement system was operated on these cruises, and surface underway pCO2 data are included in this archival package.

Upwelling and the persistence of coral-reef frameworks in the eastern tropical Pacific, carbonate data, chlorophyll data, and others from 2015-08-21 to 2019-04-05 (NCEI Accession 0239049)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

The data described here comes from a study comparing reef habitat alteration along an upwelling gradient in the eastern Tropical Pacific from 2015-08-21 to 2019-04-05. Standardized blocks of clean, massive Porites were placed at six reef sites in the eastern tropical Pacific, in the strongly and more weakly upwelling Gulfs of Panama (GoP) and Chiriqui (GoC), respectively.
