Time series studies on carbonate chemistry at 4 aqua culture sites in Prince Edward Island in 2015 (surface) and 2016 (surface and bottom waters) were conducted. Bad salinity measurements prevent us from estimating pH and calcium carbonate saturation states.

This dataset contains a temperature, depth, resistance, and speed of sound profile measured by bathythermograph (XBT) in the northern Gulf of Mexico as part of a larger acoustic measurement expedition. The data were collected at one site from R/V Acadiana on 2016-09-10. The profile was collected with a Lockheed Martin Sippican MK21 with a hand-held launcher. All raw and converted files are included.
