This dataset consists of global oceanic database of tritium and helium isotope measurements made by numerous researchers and laboratories over a period exceeding 60 years: from 1952-10-21 to 2016-01-22 in the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, Southern Ocean, Arctic Ocean, Mediterranean Sea, Baltic Sea, Black Sea. Tritium and helium isotope data provide key information on ocean circulation, ventilation, and mixing, as well as the rates of biogeochemical processes, and deep-ocean hydrothermal processes.

This dataset contains bottle data for dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) and total alkalinity (TA) for the period January 2016 through December 2024. The bottle samples were collected approximately every two weeks, weather permitting, from approximately 20 cm below the sea surface at the four buoys comprising our network. Commonly challenging weather and sea state conditions at the Kaneohe buoy have rendered the collection of bottle-validation samples more difficult, hence fewer data are available for this station.

This dataset consists of current CaCO3 dissolution at the seafloor caused by anthropogenic CO2 in the World Oceans. This dataset contains the main results from Sulpis et al. (PNAS, 2018). All the variables have a 1x1 degree resolution. It can be used to compute calcite dissolution at the seafloor for changing bottom-water chemistry, calcite rain rates or current speeds, for instance.

This dataset provides seasonal spatial rasters of median predicted long-term (1978-2016) relative density of 47 marine bird species throughout the US Atlantic Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) and adjacent waters at a 2-km spatial resolution.

This data package contains oil spill simulations in different areas of the Gulf of Mexico. These spills vary where they are simulated, how much oil is being released into the environment, and when the oil is being released. The runs are based on the Navy Coastal Ocean Model (NCOM), a numerical ocean model that simulates the ambient ocean conditions at the time the spill was simulated.

This dataset contains underway ADCP current velocity profiles from Sarqardleq Fjord in West Greenland. Collected with RDI Workhorse 300 kHz ADCP (#14257) during July 25-27, 2013. Data are in netcdf format.

This dataset consists of the discrete measurements of temperature, salinity, dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) and total alkalinity (TALK) collected during the multiple ships Observatoire de la variabilité interannuelle et décennale en Atlantique Nord (OVIDE) project, OVIDE-2006, OVIDE-2008, OVIDE-2010, OVIDE-2012, OVIDE-2014 cruises in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2006-05-23 to 2014-06-30 and measured back at LOCEAN laboratory. These measurements are complementary of the OVIDE cruise data (available in GLODAP-v2) and SURATLANT dataset.

This dataset consists of surface measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity (TALK), temperature and salinity during the R/V Marion-Dufresne Ocean Indien Service d'Observations - 21 (OISO-21) cruise (EXPOCODE 35MF20120125) in the Indian Ocean from 2012-01-25 to 2012-03-07. The OISO program (Océan Indien Service d'Observations), initiated in 1998, collects measurements of pCO2 and associated parameters (T, S, DIC, TALK, nutrients, Chl-a, 13C) along the repeated lines of R.V.

This dataset contains oceanographic data collected from NOAA Ship OKEANOS EXPLORER in the North Atlantic Ocean from 2018-05-22 to 2018-06-06. Data acquisition from shipboard sensors includes navigational data, meteorological data (conductivity, depth, echo sounder, temperature, wind, wind speed), and oceanographic data (bathythermograph, salinity, sound velocity probe, thermosalinograph). Additional data include Profile Data (ASVP, CTD, and XBT) and ADCP data.
