This dataset contains water temperature, conductivity, pressure, and other parameters taken by CTD (CastAway. These data are used to sample sound velocity in order to correct bathymetry (water depth) along the Columbia River. Data is in netcdf format.

This dataset consists of surface measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity (TALK), temperature and salinity during the R/V Marion-Dufresne Ocean Indien Service d'Observations - 28 (OISO-28) cruise (EXPOCODE 35MV20180105) in the Indian Ocean from 2018-01-05 to 2018-02-09. The OISO program (Océan Indien Service d'Observations), initiated in 1998, collects measurements of pCO2 and associated parameters (T, S, DIC, TALK, nutrients, Chl-a, 13C) along the repeated lines of R.V.

This dataset contains oceanographic data collected from NOAA Ship OKEANOS EXPLORER in the Gulf of Mexico from 2018-10-30 to 2018-11-20. Data acquisition from shipboard sensors includes navigational data, meteorological data (wind), and oceanographic data (bathythermograph, sound velocity probe, thermosalinograph). Additional data include Profile Data (ASVP and XBT), ADCP data, raw and processed CTD data, event logs, images, biological/geological specimen log, and ROV ancillary data.

The WHP-P10N section was previously observed by the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) in 2005, in 2011 and in 2014 by the Japan Meteorological Agency.

Cruise names and expocodes: CB2017_11 (AG5W20171117), CB2018_01 (AG5W20180112), CB2018_03 (AG5W20180309), CB2018_05 (AG5W20180502), CB2018_07 (AG5W20180630), CB2018_09 (AG5W20180827). All cruises were transits between the North American West Coast and New Zealand. This effort was conducted in support of NOAA's Climate Program Office (CPO), and Ocean Acidification Program (OAP).

This dataset contains dissolved inorganic carbon, Total alkalinity, pH on Total Scale, nutrients and other variables measured from profile discrete measurement in the Northeast coast of the US in 2018. Increasing amounts of atmospheric carbon dioxide from human industrial activities are causing changes in global ocean carbon chemistry ultimately resulting in a reduction in pH, a process termed ocean acidification.

This dataset contains CTD, water quality and particle and zooplankton sample elemental (total C and N, C/N ratio) and isotopic (delta 13C, delta 15N) data collected during R/V Endeavor cruise EN496 in the northern Gulf of Mexico from 2011-07-03 to 2011-07-26. Particle and zooplankton samples were collected during cruise EN496 using a CTD-rosette and a MOCNESS. The objectives were to collect water column and benthic samples in the vicinity of the Mississippi River Plume, as well as, at/near active seeps.

This dataset includes surface underway, chemical, meteorological and physical data collected during R/V Tangaroa cruises in the South Pacific Ocean and Tasman Sea from 2017-01-04 to 2017-12-20. These data include fugacity of carbon dioxide (fCO2), sea surface temperature, sea surface salinity and barometric pressure. The instruments used to collect these data include carbon dioxide gas analyzer and shower head chamber equilibrator for autonomous carbon dioxide measurements.

This dataset contains CTD profiles from cruise PC-18-03 by NOAA Ship Pisces in 2018. It had the objective to service a number of moored platforms for the NTAS and MOVE projects (Northwest Tropical Atlantic Station and Meridional Overturning Variability Experiment, resp.). To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with salinity and oxygen water samples were collected. The CTD sensor data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data.
