Water temperature, salinity, and other data collected by CTD, and water samples from the research vessel Sikuliaq, cruise SKQ201806S, in the northeastern Pacific off California from 2018-03-13 to 2018-03-16 (NCEI Accession 0184854)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and chlorophyll taken by CTD and water samples in cruise SKQ201806S by the research vessel Sikuliaq in the northeastern Pacific off California coast during 2018-03-13 2018-03-16. The cruise had the objective to service the California Current Ecosystem CCE2 mooring. To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were done. The CTD salinity data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data.

Pacific Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program: Stratified random surveys (StRS) of coral demography and condition across the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands from 2007-09-21 to 2012-08-19 (NCEI Accession 0184869)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

The data described here result from benthic coral demographic surveys across the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands from September 21, 2007 to August 19, 2012. Sites were surveyed using belt transects to collect adult coral colony metrics, including colony size, partial mortality in two categories - old dead and recent dead, and non-lesion forming condition including bleaching and disease.
