Ensemble Median Global sea surface temperature dataset from 1988-01-01 to 2019-02-28 (NCEI Accession 0187983)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Ensemble Median Global sea surface temperature (EMSST) is a daily SST dataset constructed by Nagoya University from an ensemble of 18 global SST products for the period from January 1, 1988 to February 28, 2019. The data set includes SST calculated as an ensemble median on each 0.25 degree by 0.25 degree grids over global ice-free oceans. The data set also includes an ensemble mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum, number and kind of source products used.

Dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, pH, nutrients, and other variables collected from discrete profile observations in the southwest coast of Puerto Rico from 2009-01-16 to 2024-04-04 (NCEI Accession 0188506)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This time series dataset includes weekly and bi-weekly discrete seawater samples of pH and total alkalinity, dissolved inorganic carbon, phosphates and profile measurements of temperature and salinity from 2009 to 2024. These are used to track the dynamics and controls on local carbon chemistry at the southwest part of Puerto Rico in support of the ocean acidification and water quality research in regional coastal and near-shore zones.

Water temperature, conductivity, and sound speed collected by CTD from research vessel C-Wolf in approaches to Tampa, FL from 2018-11-13 to 2019-03-29 (NCEI Accession 0188507)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains water temperature, conductivity, and sound speed collected/calculated for the OPR-J317-KR-18 project under contract with NOAA. Sea Bird Electronics SBE19plus CTD sensor measurements of depth, temperature, and conductivity were used for speed of sound calculations through the water column. Casts were conducted at least once daily on board R/V C-Wolf and more often as needed. Dual CTDs were obtained periodically to ensure proper working order of sensors. Data are in ASCII (CNV) format.

Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, pH on total scale, nutrients and other variables measured from profile discrete observations during NOAA Ship Gordon Gunter cruise GU1804 (EXPOCODE 33GG20180822) in the North Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Maine, Georges Bank, and Mid-Atlantic Bight from 2018-08-22 to 2018-08-31. Increasing amounts of atmospheric carbon dioxide from human industrial activities are causing changes in global ocean carbon chemistry ultimately resulting in a reduction in pH, a process termed ocean acidification.
