Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, and other parameters taken by CTD during the 2018 Bering Strait mooring cruise. Data are in CNV format.

The cruise was funded by the NSF-Arctic Observing Network grants:

Water temperature, salinity, and velocity including ADCP ice tracking from moorings A2, A3, A4 in Bering Strait from 2017-07-09 to 2018-08-11 (NCEI Accession 0189602)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This data set contains physical oceanographic data from acoustic Doppler current profilers (ADCP) and conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) sensors on moorings in the Bering Strait from summer 2017 to summer 2018. There were a total of three moorings. Two moorings (A2 and A4) are in the US zone of the strait and one mooring (A3) is at a site just north of the strait. Mooring deployments were funded by the NSF-Arctic Observing Network award PLR-1304052 (PI: Woodgate, Heimbach and Nguyen). Data files are in text format.

Water temperature, salinity, beam attenuation, and other parameters from CTD from the research vessel Knorr in the Western North Atlantic from 1979-09-09 to 1979-10-01 (NCEI Accession 0189618)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, beam attenuation, and other parameters taken by CTD/transmissometer collected in 1979 during the High-Energy Benthic Boundary-Layer Experiment (HEBBLE, https://darchive.mblwhoilibrary.org/handle/1912/10611), a program designed to test the hypothesis that seabed modifications can result from contemporary local erosion and deposition.
