Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, oxygen, currents and other data taken by CTD, Niskin bottles, and ADCP from the research vessel Ryofu Maru, cruise RF19-06, in the north Pacific. The entire cruise was carried out during the period from August to September, 2019. Hydrographic observation was made using a Sea-Bird Electronics (SBE) 36 position carousel equipped with 10-liter Niskin water sample bottles, a CTD system (SBE911plus) equipped with JFE Advantech oxygen sensor (RINKO III) along 165E.

3-dimensional current velocity and other parameters taken by ADCP from the offshore supply ship Gerry Bordelon in Gulf of Mexico on 2017-09-24 (NCEI Accession 0221188)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The data consist of four ADCP surveys in the Mississippi Canyon Block 20 region of the Gulf of Mexico. ADCP2_D20170924_SW and ADCP3_D20170924_SW were run to the southwest of ADCP2_D20170929_NE and ADCP3_D20170929_NE. ADCP2 surveys were run from 01:20 to 01:36 UTC on September, 24 2017. ADCP3 surveys were run from 04:84 - 09:21 UTC on September, 24 2017. Sea state was up during ADCP3 surveys.
Data are in NetCDF format.

Partial pressure of carbon dioxide, temperature, salinity and other variables collected from surface underway observations during the Ships of Opportunity (SOOP) C/S Celebrity Flora cruise lines in the Pacific Ocean in 2020 (NCEI Accession 0221232)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset consists of sea surface underway measurements of partial pressure of carbon dioxide, temperature, salinity and barometric pressure during the Ship of Opportunity (SOOP) C/S Celebrity Flora cruise lines in the Atlantic Ocean, Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean from 2020-01-12 to 2020-01-26. In 2019, a CO2 instrument was installed aboard the new Celebrity Cruise ship, Flora, specifically designed for tours in the Galapagos Islands. The installation was completed during the Flora's inaugural cruise across the Atlantic in June.

Mapped Observation-Based Oceanic Dissolved Inorganic Carbon (DIC), monthly climatology from January to December (based on observations between 2004 and 2017), from the Max-Planck-Institute for Meteorology (MOBO-DIC_MPIM) (NCEI Accession 0221526)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains mapped observation-based oceanic dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), monthly climatology from January to December (based on observations between 2004 and 2017), from the Max-Planck-Institute for Meteorology (MOBO-DIC_MPIM). The SOM-FFN approach by Landschützer et al. (2013) was extended and applied to obtain time-varying gap-filled mapped fields of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC) in the water column. In the SOM-FFN approach, the first step is to cluster the ocean into regions of similar physical and biogeochemical properties using self-organizing maps (SOM).
