Knudsen Engineering 320 BR CHIRP subbottom data were collected in the Raw Knudsen SEG-Y Datagram format.

To provide an improved oceanographic foundation and reference for multi-disciplinary studies of the Arctic Ocean, NCEI developed a new set of high-resolution quality-controlled long-term annual, seasonal and monthly mean temperature and salinity fields on different depth levels. This new regional climatology is based on the World Ocean Database archive of temperature and salinity from observations spanning over more than a hundred years and incorporates a great deal of new data not previously available.

This dataset contains the discrete (Niskin bottle and CTD profile) data collected near the UNH/PMEL CO2 Buoy, located off the coast of New Hampshire in the Gulf of Maine from 2017-01-14 to 2020-11-08. All data were collected aboard the UNH R/V Gulf Challenger. Additionally, an underway pCO2 measurement system was operated on these cruises, and surface underway pCO2 data are included in this archival package.

This dataset consists of discrete profile data collected data small ships near the California Current Ecosystem (CCE) mooring in the North pacific Ocean from 2015-11-17 to 2021-06-18. California Current Ecosystem moorings (CCE1 and CCE2) are surface buoys equipped with interdisciplinary scientific sensors including surface water and air pCO2, meteorological sensors (wind, air temperature, humidity, and air pressure), sea water temperature, salinity, currents, dissolved oxygen, pH, nutrients, and chlorophyll fluorescence.

This dataset contains dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, pH on total scale, nutrients and other variables measured from profile discrete observations during NOAA Ship Pisces cruise PC2106 (EXPOCODE 334B20211015) in the North Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Maine, Georges Bank, Mid-Atlantic Bight from 2021-10-15 to 2021-10-25. Increasing amounts of atmospheric carbon dioxide from human industrial activities are causing changes in global ocean carbon chemistry ultimately resulting in a reduction in pH, a process termed ocean acidification.

This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, phytoplankton, zooplankton, and suspended particulate matter taken by CTD, nets, and other instrumentation in the Bering and Chukchi Seas from the research vessel icebreaker Xue Long during the 5-th Chinese National Arctic Scientific Research Expedition (CHINARE5). The objectives of the CHINARE5 were to improve understanding of basic environmental information of marine hydrology in summer 2012 in areas of the Bering Sea, Chukchi Sea, Chukchi Sea Rise, and to provide basic information for global climate change research.
