NOAA JPSS Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) Sensor Data Record (SDR) from IDPS
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) is a scanning radiometer on board Suomi NPP, NOAA-20, and NOAA-21 that collects visible and infrared imagery and radiometric measurements of the land, atmosphere, cryosphere, and oceans. Level-1 Sensor Data Records (SDRs) from VIIRS include calibrated radiance, reflectance, and geolocation data and produced from the Raw Data Records.

Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset contains two-dimensional precipitation and surface products from the JPSS Microwave Integrated Retrieval System (MIRS) using sensor data from the Advanced Technology Microwave Sounder (ATMS) onboard Suomi-NPP, NOAA-20, and NOAA-21. ATMS is a cross-track scanner with 22 channels in spectral bands from 23 GHz through 183 GHz. MIRS was developed by the NOAA/NESDIS Center for Satellite Application and Research (STAR) and is produced operationally at the NOAA/NESDIS Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO).

NUCAPS: NOAA Unique Combined Atmospheric Processing System Cloud-Cleared Radiances (CCR)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset consists of Cloud-Cleared Radiances (CCRs) from the NOAA Unique Combined Atmospheric Processing System (NUCAPS). NUCAPS was developed by the NOAA/NESDIS Center for Satellite Application and Research (STAR) and is produced operationally at the NOAA/NESDIS Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO). Cloud clearing is the process of computing the clear column radiance for each Cross-track Infrared Sounder (CrIS) channel.

NUCAPS: NOAA Unique Combined Atmospheric Processing System Environmental Data Record (EDR) Products
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset consists of numerous retrieved estimates of hydrological variables and trace gases as Environmental Data Record (EDR) products from the NOAA Unique Combined Atmospheric Processing System (NUCAPS). NUCAPS was developed by the NOAA/NESDIS Center for Satellite Application and Research (STAR) and is produced operationally at the NOAA/NESDIS Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO).

NOAA JPSS Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) Daily Level-3 Polar Winds for the Southern Hemisphere and Northern Hemisphere from NDE
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This Level-3 (L3) Environmental Data Record (EDR) contains Polar Winds detected with the Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) onboard the Suomi-NPP, NOAA-20, and NOAA-21 satellites. This product includes Northern Hemisphere and Southern Hemisphere grids, each extending poleward from 65 degrees. Tropospheric winds are measured by tracking the motion of cloud features in the overlapping region of three successive orbits. A triplet of images is used to facilitate consistency checking and quality control. Wind products include wind speed, direction, and height at high latitudes.

NOAA JPSS Advanced Technology Microwave Sounder (ATMS) based Tropical Cyclone (TC) Products from NDE
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The JPSS Microwave Sounder-based Tropical Cyclone (TC) Products provide estimates of tropical cyclone maximum wind speed, minimum sea level pressure, radii of 34, 50, and 64 knot winds in 4 quadrants relative to the storm center, and balanced horizontal winds from 1000 to 200 mb within 600 km of the storm center. The product includes two output data types: 1) ATMS Tropical Cyclone Wind Products Radial/Height Cross Sections (RZA), and 2) ATMS Tropical Cyclone Wind Products Gridded Heights (XYA).

NOAA JPSS Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) Global Level-3 Vegetation Health and Drought Products (VHDP) from NDE
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This Level-3 (L3) Environmental Data Record (EDR) provides a Global (1 km) Vegetation Health and Drought product (VHDP) detected with the Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) onboard the Suomi-NPP, NOAA-20, and NOAA-21 satellites. This weekly product provides estimates of the Vegetation Index (VCI), Temperature Index (TCI) and Vegetation Health Index (VHI). These indices are designed to characterize moisture conditions (VCI), thermal conditions (TCI) and total vegetation health (VHI) conditions in response to weather impacts.

NESDIS Total Ozone from Analysis of Stratospheric and Tropospheric components (TOAST)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
TOAST combines UV and IR ozone retrievals from an algorithm using the Solar Backscatter Ultraviolet Version 2 (SBUV/2) and the Cross-track Infrared Sounder (CrIS) instruments. This daily Total Ozone Analysis is an enhanced version of the previous TOAST product using SBUV/2 and the Advanced Tiros-N Operational Vertical Sounder (TOVS). The most significant improvement of the algorithm is in the IR-derived product replacement of the column amount retrievals from the High resolution InfraRed Sounder (HIRS) with the CrIS profile retrievals.

NOAA JPSS Visible Infrared Imaging Radiometer Suite (VIIRS) Active Fires Environmental Data Record (EDR) from NDE
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This Level-2 (L2) Environmental Data Record (EDR) provides active fire locations detected with VIIRS M-band (375 m) and I-band (750 m) channels onboard Suomi-NPP, NOAA-20, and NOAA-21. Both the M-band and I-band products show good agreement in hotspot detection but the improved spatial resolution of the I-band data provides a greater response over fires with relatively small areas and provides improved mapping of large fire perimeters. The I-band product also provides improved nighttime performance.
