This dataset reports species caught using longline and trap sets during R/V Apalachee cruise in the Northern Gulf of Mexico from October 8-15, 2013. Species data includes species name, sex, weight, length, and maturity state, if available. It also report if samples were collected from individuals for other analyses, though the results of those analyses are not reported. Information about the sets include bait used, gear, effort, and sea state. Additional files in the dataset report pressure and temperature data collected during longline trapping activities.

This dataset contains results (e.g., mean survival, growth, and developmental rate etc.) from laboratory-based trials involving early-life stage (larval and juvenile) bivalve shellfish exposed to: 1) diurnal fluctuations in carbonate chemistry and dissolved oxygen; (2) chronic exposures to multiple, estuarine stressors (e.g., low pH, low DO, and thermal stress); and (3) transgenerational acidification.

This data set consists of GIS data documenting the location, species composition, and other habitat characteristics of submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV) in coastal Alabama. This was collected as part of a remote sensing investigation of SAV distribution using summer and fall ortho imagery as base maps.
