2016 Morgan County, Georgia ADS100 4-Band 8 Bit Imagery

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This data set consists of 0.5-foot pixel resolution, natural color orthoimages covering Morgan County, Georgia. An orthoimage is remotely sensed image data in which displacement of features in the image caused by terrain relief and sensor orientation have been mathematically removed. Orthoimagery combines the image characteristics of a photograph with the geometric qualities of a map. Each orthoimage provides imagery over a 2,500-foot by 2,500-foot block on the ground. There is no image overlap between adjacent files.

2013 Athens-Clarke County, Georgia Imagery

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This data set consists of 0.5 foot pixel resolution, four band (RGB, Near IR) orthoimages covering Athens-Clarke Georgia. An orthoimage is remotely sensed image data in which displacement of features in the image caused by terrain relief and sensor orientation have been mathematically removed. Orthoimagery combines the image characteristics of a photograph with the geometric qualities of a map. The design accuracy is estimated not to exceed +/- 2.5 feet CE95 of the position on the ground. Each orthoimage provides imagery over a 5,000-foot by 5,000-foot block on the ground.

Connecticut Coastal Airborne ADS40 Digital Imagery Acquisition and Natural Color and Color Infrared Orthophoto Production collected in September 2004

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

The NOAA Office for Coastal Management purchased digital ADS40 imagery and digital elevation models of the Connecticut coastline in 2004. The Coastal Connecticut project area is comprised of approximately 930 square miles. A total of 244 orthos (122 natural color and 122 color infrared) were produced to cover this area. Aerial imagery was collected in panchromatic, Red, Green, Blue and Near Infrared which yielded a natural color and false color infrared version of the completed digital orthophotography.

Coastal California Digital Imagery

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This digital ortho-imagery dataset is a survey of coastal California. The project area consists of approximately 3774 square miles. The project design of the digital ortho-imagery data acquisition was developed to achieve a 30 cm pixel resolution. Fugro EarthData, Inc. acquired 289 flight lines in 36 lifts from August 26, 2010 through November 29, 2010. Digital ortho-imagery data collection was performed with Conquest and King Air aircrafts, utilizing a Leica ADS40-SH52 sensor. During the time of image acquisition at least two dual frequency GPS receivers are utilized.
