AFSC/ABL: Southeast Alaska Estuaries Data
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The dataset contains trawl and seine catches from Southeast Alaskan estuaries sampled from 1995 to 2008. The data also include physical variables (temp, salinity, turbidity), and shorezone shoreline classifications.

AFSC/ABL: The Gulf of Alaska Survey, 2010 to 2017
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The scientific objective of the Gulf of Alaska Survey (GOA Survey) is to assess Young of the Year (YOY) groundfish, salmon, plankton, and oceanographic conditions across the coastal, shelf, slope, and offshore waters of the GOA and to provide information on species distribution, ecosystem structure, and marine productivity in response to changes in season, region, and climate.

AFSC/ABL: Adult Pink Salmon Predation in Prince William Sound and Southeast Alaska, 2009-2011
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The project objectives were to assess potential salmon predation impact on juvenile salmon and herring by: (1) comparing diets of adult pink salmon during their homing migrations using samples taken from surface trawls in SEAK straits and purse seines in SEAK and PWS; (2) contrasting predation incidence of these abundant pink salmon with the less abundant, more piscivorous adult coho and immature (age-1+) Chinook salmon in SEAK straits; and (3) examining potential climate mechanisms that could influence predator-prey match-mismatch by altering life history patterns of growth, migration

AFSC/RACE/SAP/Foy: The effects of ocean acidification on ovigerous Tanner crab size, calcium, and magnesium content. : Kodiak Island, Alaska.
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
To study the effects of ocean acidification we conducted laboratory experiments with adult ovigerous females of the economically important southern Tanner crab, Chionoecetes bairdi.
Ovigerous females were reared in one of 3 treatments: control (ambient pH ~8.1), pH 7.8, and pH 7.5 for 2 years. The adult female sizes used for the experiments ranged from 87 to 112 mm

AFSC/RACE/SAP/Munk: Life history studies of Tanner crab, Chionoecetes bairdi, near Kodiak, Alaska.
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
From 1994 through 2012 Tanner crab were identified as premolt, held through a molt, and then measured to determine growth per molt.

AFSC/RACE/SAP/Foy: Effects of ocean acidification on embryo stages of Tanner crab: Kodiak Island, Alaska.
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
To study the effects of ocean acidification we examined the effects of ocean acidification on the embryo stages of the economically important southern Tanner crab, Chionoecetes bairdi.
Ovigerous females were reared in one of 3 treatments: control (ambient pH ~8.1), pH 7.8, and pH 7.5 for 2 years. Embryos in year 1 were from oocytes developed in the field whereas embryos in

AFSC/RACE/SAP/Foy: Effects of ocean acidification on larval Tanner crab: Kodiak Island, Alaska.
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
To study the effects of ocean acidification we examined the effects of ocean acidification on the larval stages of the economically important southern Tanner crab, Chionoecetes bairdi.
Ovigerous females were reared in one of 3 treatments: control (ambient pH ~8.1), pH 7.8, and pH 7.5 for 2 years. Larvae in year 1 were from oocytes developed in the field whereas larvae in year

AFSC/RACE/FBEP/Hurst: Effects of ocean acidification on hatch size and larval growth of walleye pollock (Theragra chalcogramma)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset is from laboratory experiments that examined the direct effects of projected levels of ocean acidification on the eggs and larvae of walleye pollock.

AFSC/RACE/GAP/McConnaughey: Trawlex Chronic Effects: UAF Infauna
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Benthic communities are structured by dynamically interacting factors that determine habitat quality. Since benthic macrofauna demonstrate strong and often narrowly defined affinities, forces altering (or disturbing) the environment will be of considerable importance to their distribution and abundance. Commercial fishing with mobile gear, such as bottom trawls and dredges, and the physical disturbance that results, is widespread in continental shelf areas.
