South Carolina 2015 HYDRO Polygons
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains vector polygons representing coastal hydrography used in the creation of the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) for South Carolina. This data set comprises a portion of the ESI data for South Carolina. ESI data characterize the marine and coastal environments and wildlife by their sensitivity to spilled oil. The ESI data include information for three main components: shoreline habitats, sensitive biological resources, and human-use resources. See also the HYDROL data layer, part of the larger South Carolina ESI database, for additional ESI information.

Sensitivity of Coastal Environments and Wildlife to Spilled Oil: Southern California: ACP (Area Contingency Plan Points)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains data for Area Contingency Plan (ACP) sensitive sites in Southern California. Vector points in this data set represent sites identified as sensitive for biological and/or human-use resources that should be prioritized for protection during spill response activities. This data set comprises a portion of the ESI data for Southern California. ESI data characterize the marine and coastal environments and wildlife by their sensitivity to spilled oil.

Sensitivity of Coastal Environments and Wildlife to Spilled Oil: Southern California: BIRDS (Bird Polygons)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains sensitive biological resource data for wading birds, shorebirds, waterfowl, raptors, diving birds, seabirds, passerine birds, and gulls and terns in Southern California. Vector polygons in this data set represent bird nesting, roosting, migratory staging, and wintering sites. Species-specific abundance, seasonality, status, life history, and source information are stored in relational data tables (described in the Overview_Description) designed to be used in conjunction with this spatial data layer.

Sensitivity of Coastal Environments and Wildlife to Spilled Oil: Southern California: ESI (Shoreline Types - Lines and Polygons)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains vector lines and polygons representing the shoreline and coastal habitats of Southern California, classified according to the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) classification system. This data set comprises a portion of the ESI data for Southern California. ESI data characterize the marine and coastal environments and wildlife by their sensitivity to spilled oil. The ESI data include information for three main components: shoreline habitats, sensitive biological resources, and human-use resources.

Sensitivity of Coastal Environments and Wildlife to Spilled Oil: Southern California: FISHL (Fish Lines)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains sensitive biological resource data for threatened/endandered/rare and/or anadromous fish species in Southern California. Vector lines in this data set represent threatened/endandered/rare and/or anadromous fish species in streams and rivers. Species-specific abundance, seasonality, status, life history, and source information are stored in relational data tables (described below) designed to be used in conjunction with this spatial data layer. This data set comprises a portion of the ESI data for Southern California.

Sensitivity of Coastal Environments and Wildlife to Spilled Oil: Southern California: HABITATS (Habitat Polygons)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains sensitive biological resource data for kelp, submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV), and select sensitive plants in [for] Southern California. Vector polygons in this data set represent distribution of kelp, SAV, and select sensitive plants. Species-specific abundance, seasonality, status, life history, and source information are stored in relational data tables (described below) designed to be used in conjunction with this spatial data layer. This data set comprises a portion of the ESI data for Southern California.

Sensitivity of Coastal Environments and Wildlife to Spilled Oil: Southern California: HYDRO (Hydrography Lines and Polygons)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains vector lines and polygons representing coastal hydrography used in the creation of the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) for Southern California. The HYDRO data layer contains all annotation used in producing the atlas. The annotation features are categorized into three subclasses in order to simplify the mapping and quality control procedures: GEOG for geographic features, SOC for socioeconomic features, and HYDRO for water features. This data set comprises a portion of the ESI data for Southern California.
