Sea Ice Pressure Ridge Sail Height, Arctic, 2010-2018 (NCEI Accession 0202018)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The Sail height data is derived from high-resolution Digital Mapping System imagery acquired in the late winter months of March, April, and May during NASA's annual Operation IceBridge airborne campaigns in the Arctic. Pressure-ridge sail-height is defined as the height of the ridge sail above the sea ice surface. Statistics describing pressure ridge sails are extracted per image. Arithmetic averages are computed for 25 km along-track segments for each aircraft flight line, in the absence of clouds, polar darkness and sea ice leads.

Surface underway measurements of partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO2) water and atmosphere collected onboard the CCGS Louis S. St-Laurent during the Beaufort Gyre Observing System (BGOS) research cruises in the Beaufort Sea area from 2014-09-25 to 2014-10-15 (NCEI Accession 0202074)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This dataset includes surface underway, chemical, meteorological and physical data collected onboard the CCGS Louis S. St-Laurent during the Beaufort Gyre Observing System (BGOS) research cruises in the Beaufort Sea area from 2014-09-25 to 2014-10-15. These data include partial pressure of carbon dioxide - atmosphere, partial pressure of carbon dioxide - water, sea surface salinity, sea surface temperature and velocity of wind. The underway pCO2 data collected using an equilibrator-infrared method (SUPER CO2 system from Sunburst Sensors).

NCCOS Mapping: Comprehensive Seafloor Substrate Mapping and Model Validation in the New York Bight from 2017-10-20 to 2019-03-27 (NCEI Accession 0204737)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This collection of benthic habitat mapping data is an inventory of hydrographic multibeam sonar surveys, georeferenced benthic photographs and video clips, seafloor morphometric analysis, and predictive models all collected in the New York Wind Energy Areas (NYWEA) designated by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) in the Northeast Atlantic. These areas are located in a region known as the New York Bight, offshore of the New Jersey and Long Island, NY, coastlines. The multibeam data sets contain both bathymetry and backscatter data of the call areas from 2015-2018.
