Chemical and physical oceanographic profile data were collected aboard the BUNNY BORDELON in the Gulf of Mexico from 2010-05-31 to 2010-06-02 in response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill event on April 20, 2010, by the Subsurface Monitoring Unit (SMU), which consists of multiple government and corporate agencies. These data include CDOM fluorescence, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, hydrostatic pressure, salinity, sound velocity, temperature and water density. The instruments used to collect these data were CTD, fluorometer and oxygen meter.

This dataset includes surface underway, chemical, meteorological, physical, time series coastal data collected from Downeast Institute Small Vessel, Bigelow Laboratory for Ocean Sciences Small Research Vessel and Commercial Vessel Seafarer in the Bay of Fundy, North Atlantic Ocean, from 2017-10-03 to 2017-12-19. These data include air temperature, barometric pressure, partial pressure (or fugacity) of carbon dioxide (pCO2) in atmosphere, pCO2 in water, sea surface salinity, sea surface temperature.

This dataset includes discrete profile measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity, pH on total scale, temperature, salinity, oxygen and nutrients collected during the R/V Keifu Maru II cruise KS12-07 (EXPOCODE 49UF20120826) in the North Pacific Ocean from 2012-08-26 to 2012-09-14.

In situ temperature time series were uploaded as multiple NetCDF file types, each corresponding to a different time series for a different reef site. Within each file, the pertinent variables are:
name - name of reef and/or reef habitat
times - vector of sampling times, in MATLAB serial date number format
temps - vector of temperature samples in units of °C
latitude - temperature logger latitude, in decimal degrees
longitude - temperature logger longitude, in decimal degrees
depth - temperature logger depth, in m

This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from unknown platforms in the South Pacific Ocean and Southern Oceans (> 60 degrees South) from 2010-12-28 to 2014-02-21. These data include DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON (DIC), NITRATE, SALINITY, TOTAL ALKALINITY (TA), WATER TEMPERATURE, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include Alkalinity titrator, CTD, Coulometer for DIC measurement and bottle.
