The data in this file come from a survey of adult residents in Puerto Rico. The survey was conducted for a random stratified sample of households on the main island of Puerto Rico, as well as the islands of Culebra and Vieques, from January 8 to November 4, 2022. These data are the second round of data collection assessing Puerto Rico residents’ socioeconomic characteristics, human use patterns, and knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions of coral reefs and coral reef management.

The H09-AHI-L3C-ACSPO-v2.90 dataset contains the Subskin Sea Surface Temperature (SST) produced by the NOAA ACSPO system from the Advanced Himawari Imager (AHI; largely identical to GOES-R/ABI) onboard the Himawari-9 (H09) satellite. The H09 is a Japanese weather satellite, the 9th of the Himawari geostationary weather satellite operated by the Japan Meteorological Agency. It was launched on November 2, 2016 into its nominal position at 140.7-deg E, and declared operational on December 13, 2022, replacing the Himawari-8.

This dataset contains real-time underway navigational, physical, and time series data logged by the Scientific Computer System (SCS) aboard NOAA Ship Oregon II in the Gulf of Mexico from 2023-09-13 to 2023-09-14. Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) personnel aboard the ship submitted these data and associated metadata to NCEI. In addition, this dataset contains supplementary cruise-level metadata, which OMAO personnel logged in the Ship Daily Activity Log (SDAL).
