A compiled data product of underway pCO2 measurements from 63 individual cruise data sets collected on board Ships of Opportunity (SOOP) transiting the Pacific Ocean, from March 2004 through October 2018 (NCEI Accession 0280595)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
As part of a multi-year effort to quantify the flux of CO2 between the ocean and atmosphere, the Ocean Climate Observation Program of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) supports the deployment of underway CO2 systems on NOAA research ships and volunteer observing ships (VOS) in the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. The CO2 group of NOAA's Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) has been monitoring sea surface CO2 concentrations in the equatorial Pacific since 1982.

Structure-from-Motion Coral Demography derived from Stratified Random Site Imagery collected across the Mariana Archipelago from 2022-05-10 to 2022-06-01 for methods comparison (NCEI Accession 0280938)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Coral adult and juvenile coral colony demographic data described in this dataset are derived from the GIS analysis of benthic photomosaic imagery collected across the Mariana Archipelago in 2022 for a methods comparison with in situ diver data. Official National Coral Reef Monitoring Program (NCRMP) coral demographic data is archived separately under NCEI Accession 0298217. The source imagery was collected using a Structure from Motion (SfM) approach during in-water surveys conducted by divers.

Salmonid and Steelhead Population Summary (SPS) and Viable Salmonid Population (VSP) in the Pacific Northwest: Salmonid and Steelhead Population Abundance Summary from 1949 to 2010 for Washington, Oregon, and Idaho (NCEI Accession 0280945)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
The Northwest Fisheries Science Center's (NWFSC) Salmon Population Summary (SPS) database provides public access to demographic data compiled for ESA-listed salmonid populations as part of the NWFSC's technical recovery planning efforts. The database contains data collected by co-managers (WDFW, ODFW, IDFG, and Tribes) and compiled in cooperation with NWFSC staff for: spawning abundance, age structure of wild spawners, fraction of natural spawners that are of wild origin, and the reduction in spawning abundance due to harvest.

Reef fish abundance and size data collected by transect and stationary point count methods: a calibration to enable the use of long-term, fishery-independent data by fisheries and regional managers in the US Caribbean (NCEI Accession 0281207)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This project ensures that the existing data from previous fishery independent surveys can be combined with data collected under new methodology, ensuring preservation of long-time series reef fish datasets in the US Caribbean. Specifically, this archived dataset are the site level fish abundance and size observations collected simultaneously by one transect diver and a pair of stationary point count divers at survey sites in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
