NOAA Office for Coastal Management Benthic Habitat Data, Catlett and Goodwin Islands on the York River in Chesapeake Bay, VA, 2002-2004 (NCEI Accession 0090253)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
These data are a collection of benthic habitat data from studies conducted in the Catlett and Goodwin Islands on the York River in Chesapeake Bay, Virginia in GIS shapefile (.shp, .dbf, .shx, and .prj files) with associated Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) metadata. Generalized browse graphics were generated by the NODC and are included with the data.

Temperature, salinity, and chlorophyll data collected aboard the RV F.G WALTON SMITH in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, Gulf of Mexico, and North Atlantic Ocean from 01/29/1998 to 08/09/2012 (NCEI Accession 0092099)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
A Sea-Bird Electronics Conductivity, Temperature, Depth (CTD) instrument and a Sea-Bird Electronics Thermosalinograph (TSG) flow-through system were utilized during cruises conducted between January 1998 and August 2012 in South Florida coastal waters. These oceanographic data were collected for the purpose of examining water properties of the South Florida coastal ocean, covering the Florida Keys Reef Tract and the southwest Florida Shelf.

Documentation for University of Washington Seaglider records archived at NCEI (NCEI Accession 0092291)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
Seagliders are small (1.8m hull), reusable, long-range, and buoyancy-driven autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) designed to glide from the ocean surface to as deep as 1-km depth and back while collecting profiles of temperature, conductivity (hence salinity), dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll fluorescence, and optical backscatter at varying vertical resolutions.

NOAA Integrated Ocean and Coastal Mapping (IOCM) orthorectified mosaic image tiles for Hampton Harbor to Frost Point and the Isle of Shoals, NH, 2011 (NCEI Accession 0092292)
Data provided by National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
This data set contains orthorectified mosaic tiles, created as a product from the NOAA Integrated Ocean and Coastal Mapping (IOCM) initiative. Data were collected at both mean high water and mean low water time periods and include both RGB and infrared imagery. For the Frost Point, NH region, the ground sample distance (GSD) for each pixel is 0.50 m. For the Isle of Shoals, NH region, the ground sample distance (GSD) for each pixel is 0.35 m.
