LC-MS/MS and GC-MS Measurements of Extractables and Leachables (E&L) from Polymeric Materials
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This mass spectrometry (MS) data set encompasses spectra of the extractables and leachables (E&L) of 100 polymer materials sourced from the Scientific Polymer Products Inc Polymer Samples Kit (see: SciPoly_PolymerSampleKit205_Items.xlsx). Extractions of these polymers were carried out using three HPLC-grade solvents of varying polarity (water, isopropanol, and hexane) with 10 mg polymer/mL solvent for 24 hours at 50 °C with shaking.

SRM 927g Bovine Serum Albumin (7% Solution) (Total Protein Standard) Data
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Electronic files containing the certified value(s) and uncertainty(ies), and the data used to assign the value(s). Data are provided for amino acid analysis measurements that were used to determine the certified value for BSA concentration. Data for density measurements needed to convert mass fraction values to mass concentrations are also included. Biuret measurements were used to assign a non-certified value for total protein concentration.

Understanding the Risk of Lithium Ion Battery Fires
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Lithium ion battery (LIB) fires are a growing problem that extends across the supply chain, including mining, production, warehousing, shipping, and waste disposal, as well as the consumer side. But data on such fires is fragmented and mostly incomplete. Many are secondary data sources, and for the National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS) and the Consumer Product Safety Commission data sets identification of LIB fires is difficult.

Human Observational Data in a Production Environment
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
A heterogeneous dataset of human measurement data and human-generated text. This dataset was generated by TechSolve Inc. (techsolve.org) as a collaborative effort with NIST. Respondents were asked to observe and evaluate a machining process in which a rotary bit (the "tool") removed layers of a workpiece until the tool was worn to exhaustion. One trial and 19 official experiments were completed, one for each of 20 tools.

Supplementary Data for: A spectroscopic dataset for known provenance and post-consumer textiles
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Scripts and associated data are described here to recreate Figure 5, Figure 6, and Figure S1 in the Data Descriptor titled: A spectroscopic dataset for known provenance and post-consumer textiles. Data for Figure 5 were obtained from NIST's NIR-SORT dataset and plotted with the corresponding script. Data for Figure 6 were obtained from NIST's NIR-SORT dataset, processed with Open Specy online software, and plotted with the corresponding script. Data for Figure S1 were obtained outside the NIR-SORT dataset and supplied here.

Digital Volume Correlation Challenge 2.0: A Comprehensive Dataset for Digital Volume Correlation Benchmarking
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
DVC Challenge 2.0 compiles a diverse collection of volumetric images contributed by the global research community specifically for use with Digital Volume Correlation (DVC) codes. These datasets encompass different materials, loading conditions, and imaging modalities. It includes confocal/multiphoton microscopy, X-ray computed tomography (XCT), neutron tomography (NCT), and synthetically generated images. These datasets present various challenges, such as complex deformation fields, poor image quality, and anisotropic or sparse speckle patterns to challenge DVC codes.

Frequency Comb Behavior of Time Crystals in an RF-Driven Dissipative Rydberg System
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Driven nonlinear oscillators constitute a universal paradigm for understanding synchronization, frequency pulling, and frequency comb formation in nonequilibrium systems. Here, we realize such an emergent nonlinear oscillator in strongly interacting cesium Rydberg vapor, where coherent optical excitation, dissipation, and long-range interactions give rise to a driven-dissipative time crystal phase with intrinsic oscillation frequencies. Applying a radio-frequency (RF) field allows controlled tuning of the intrinsic oscillation frequency.

Plasticizer Tandem Mass Spectral Library: APCI-timsTOF Measurements
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This tandem mass spectral library comprises spectra for 91 plasticizers sourced from the Scientific Polymer Products Inc. Plasticizer Kit‡. Nineteen supplementary spectra are also included from the NIST Mass Spectral Library for a total of 96 spectra representing 91 unique plasticizers. Analysis was conducted using atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) on a Bruker timsTOF Pro mass spectrometer, utilizing a VIP-HESI-APCI electrospray source (Bruker, Billerica, Massachusetts). The sample list is in the file SampleDetails.csv.

OpenLQM
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
Open Latent Quality Metric, or "OpenLQM," analyzes friction ridge images and returns latent quality metrics. OpenLQM is an open-source C++ port of LQMetric, the original automated tool for measuring the image quality of latent fingerprints developed by Noblis for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It was originally distributed as part of Universal Latent Workstation (ULW).
