Greenland, Iceland and Norwegian Seas Regional Climatology version 3

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

To provide an improved oceanographic foundation and reference for multi-disciplinary studies of the Greenland-Iceland-Norwegian Seas (GINS), NCEI developed a new set of high-resolution quality-controlled long-term annual, seasonal and monthly mean temperature and salinity fields on different depth levels. This new regional climatology is based on the World Ocean Database archive of temperature and salinity from observations spanning over more than a hundred years and incorporates a great deal of new data and maps not previously available.

NOAA/National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS)/Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) Satellite Analysis Branch (SAB) Global Tropical Cyclone Position and Dvorak Intensity Estimates

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

The NOAA/National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS)/Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) Satellite Analysis Branch (SAB) provides position and intensity estimates derived from the Dvorak Technique (DT) for tropical disturbances across the globe every 6 hours. This dataset provides SAB's Tropical Cyclone Analysis Worksheet for each system that was classified.

This collection is roughly organized by year with the exception of the earlier start of the tropical storm season in the Southern Hemisphere. Specifically:
