Real-time profile data assembled by Canada Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) for the Global Temperature-Salinity Profile Program (GTSPP) for 1999-09-12 to 1999-10-29 (NCEI Accession 0000058)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

The Integrated Science Data Management (ISDM) office processes oceanographic profiles reported for the world oceans in near real-time from the Global Telecommunications System (GTS) for the Global Temperature and Salinity Profile Program (GTSPP). These data also support the activities of the Ship of Opportunity Programme Implementation Panel (SOOPIP) and the WOCE Upper Ocean Thermal Program (WOCE UOT).

Ocean currents measured by Shipboard Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (SADCP) from global oceans as part of the Joint Archive (JASADCP) 1985-06 to 2000-03 (NCEI Accession 0000167)

Data provided by  National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

This NCEI accession contains cruises within 1985-06-16 to 2000-03-31, which were received, reviewed, and prepared for archival at the Joint Archive (JA) for Shipboard Acoustic Doppler Current Profilers (SADCP) within 1997 to 2000-12. Only data sets that have passed quality control and calibration stages, thus science-ready, are included in the JASADCP. The JASADCP is a collaboration of NOAA and the E.Firing ADCP Laboratory at the University of Hawaii. The data have been contributed by both US and international organizations.
