Survey W00713 was conducted June 6-9 and July 5-9, 2023 by NOAA’s Office of Coast Survey (OCS) in collaboration with academic partners. The partnership provided opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to gain operational skills and proficiency in support of the development and long-range mission of hydrography. The primary objective of this seafloor mapping project was to collect multibeam bathymetry, acoustic backscatter, and water column data for use in updating NOAA's nautical charting products.
