Enforcement and Compliance's Global Steel Trade Monitor provides global import and export trends for the top countries trading in steel mill products.To supplement ITA's core trade statistics in the Steel Import Monitoring and Analysis (SIMA) system, quarterly country reports for the top 20 steel importing and top 20 steel exporting countries will be published.Each country report includes export and import trends by country and aggregate product, production and consumption data, and where available, information about trade remedy actions taken on steel products.

The Steel Import Monitoring and Analysis (SIMA) System, under the Department of Commerce, collects and publishes data of steel mill product imports. By design this information provides stakeholders and public valuable information on steel trade with the United States.

The ‘Import Monitor’ aggregates detailed license information and makes it available for public analysis on a weekly basis. All imported steel products under the U.S. Bureau of the Census (Census) definition of steel mill products are required to have an import license effective June 9, 20051. The data from the licensing system are used in conjunction with similar Census data to put together the ‘Import Monitor’. This Monitor helps alert users to changes in import patterns.

Thermal conductivity data acquired previously for the establishment of Standard Reference Material (SRM) 1450, Fibrous Glass Board, as well as subsequent renewals 1450a, 1450b, 1450c, and 1450d, are re-analyzed collectively and as individual data sets. Additional data sets for proto-1450 material lots are also included in the analysis (eleven data sets in total).

This report describes the test equipment, process, analysis, and data file formats for the Numisheet 2020 tensile and tension/compression testing of the four materials associated with the Numisheet 2020 conference benchmarks. SRM 1450e Fibrous Glass Board - This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is intended primarily for use in the measurement of the thermal conductivity or thermal resistance of insulation materials. SRM 1450e is a high-density fibrous glass board certified for bulk density and thermal conductivity. The SRM can be used in conjunction with ASTM C177 or ASTM C518. A unit of SRM 1450e consists of a square panel of fibrous glass and phenolic binder molded into a semi-rigid board.

This Standard Reference Material (SRM) is intended for use as a primary calibration standard for the quantitative determination of iodide. A unit of SRM 3180 consists of five 5 mL, sealed, amber, borosilicate glass ampoules of solution prepared gravimetrically to contain a known mass fraction of iodide. The matrix of the solution is water containing sodium sulfite at a concentration of approximately 0.01 mol/L and sodium hydroxide at a concentration of approximately 0.005 mol/L. This data is public in the Certificate of Analysis for this material.
