NIST High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) Materials Database - SRD 62

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The NIST WWW High Temperature Superconductors database (WebHTS) provides evaluated thermal, mechanical, and superconducting property data for oxide superconductors. The range of materials covers the major series of compounds derived from the Y-Ba-Cu-O, Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O, Tl-Sr-Ca-Cu-O, and La-Cu-O chemical families, along with numerous other variants of the cuprate and bismuthate materials that are known to have superconducting phases. The materials are described by specification and characterization information that includes processing details and chemical compositions.

NIST Property Data Summaries for Advanced Materials - SRD 150

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

Property Data Summaries are collections of property values derived from surveys of published data. These collections typically focus on either one material or one particular property. Studies of specific materials typically include thermal, mechanical, structural, and chemical properties, while studies of particular properties survey one property across many materials. The property values may be typical, evaluated, or validated. Values described as typical are derived from values for nominally similar materials.

SHARP - Shape Analysis Research Project

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

We have applied 3D shape-based retrieval to various disciplines such as computer vision, CAD/CAM, computer graphics, molecular biology and 3D anthropometry. We have organized two workshops on 3D shape retrieval and two shape retrieval contests. We also have developed 3D shape benchmarks, performance evaluation software and prototype 3D retrieval systems. We have developed a robotic map quality assessment tool in collaboration with MEL) We also have developed different shape descriptors to represent 3D human bodies and heads efficiently and other work related to 3D anthropometry.

ACerS-NIST Phase Equilibria Diagrams Database - SRD 31

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The data in the ACerS-NIST Phase Equilibria Diagrams Database, jointly copyrighted by NIST and The American Ceramic Society, provide maps of the equilibrium chemical and structural behaviors exhibited by inorganic systems and provide critical starting information for the rational design of materials processing schemes, for quality assurance efforts, and for optimization of the physical and chemical properties of advanced materials. The contents of this database consist of approximately 25,000 equilibrium phase diagrams presented in 17,866 critically evaluated entries (PED Figures).

SHREC'15: Range Scans based 3D Shape Retrieval

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The objective of this shape retrieval contest is to retrieve 3D models those are relevant to a query range scan. This task corresponds to a real life scenario where the query is a 3D range scan of an object acquired from an arbitrary view direction. The algorithm should retrieve the relevant 3D objects from a database.

Task description:
In response to a given set of range scan queries, the task is to evaluate similarity scores with the target models and return an ordered ranked list along with the similarity scores for each query.

FIZ/NIST Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD) - SRD 84

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD) is produced cooperatively by the Fachinformationszentrum Karlsruhe (FIZ) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Components and devices used in a broad spectrum of technology sectors such as health care, communications, energy and electronics are manufactured from crystalline materials; the development of advanced crystalline materials requires accurate crystal-structure data.

NIST Database for the Simulation of Electron Spectra for Surface Analysis (SESSA) - SRD 100

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The NIST Database for the Simulation of Electron Spectra for Surface Analysis (SESSA) can be used to simulate Auger-electron spectra and X-ray photoelectron spectra of nanostructures such as islands, lines, spheres, and layered spheres on surfaces. As for earlier versions, such simulations can be performed for multilayer films. Users can specify the compositions and dimensions of each material in the sample structure as well as the measurement configuration. The database contains extensive physical data needed for quantitative interpretations of observed spectra.

NIST Atomic Spectral Line Broadening Bibliographic Database

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

This interactive database, maintained by the NIST Atomic Spectroscopy Data Center, contains more than 6000 references, dating from 1889 through current year and is updated regularly in intervals between one and four weeks. These references pertain to publications that include numerical data, general information, comments, and reviews on atomic line broadening and shifts.
