Twenty healthy volunteers gave informed consent to participate in this study, which was approved by the Advarra Institutional Review Board on behalf of NIST. Brain scans were conducted for each participant at separate times on a 3 T and a 64 mT MRI scanner. Scan protocols are consistent for all participants and include diffusion-weighted images at both field strengths, and a T1-weighted image at 3 T. Image and data processing software were developed in-house to maintain consistent treatment across both field strengths.

This dataset contains short videos (ranging from 3 seconds to 10 seconds) from TRECVID VTT task from 2016 to 2024. There are 73,893 videos with captions. Each video has between 2 and 5 captions, which have been written by dedicated annotators hired by NIST.

The database includes mechanical data for structure-properties relationships and mechanical modeling of elastic impact protection foams from a variety of imaging (micro-computed tomography, digital image correlation) and force-sensing instruments (dynamic mechanical analysis, universal test system) under a wide range of experimental conditions and modes.

This dataset contains 42 individual images that are part of a single sample. The individual images can be combined into a single image via image stitching. These data are provided as an example so that different image stitching methods may be tested.
