Small-Signal Model Verification and Analysis of Unmatched Multi-Finger HBT Cells at 220 GHz
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This dataset contains the simulated and calibrated measured scattering parameters (S-parameters) of a via, a short-circuit manifold test structure, a single heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT) in common emitter (CE) configuration, and a 4-finger CE HBT cell. Six sites of the single CE HBT device were measured and five sites of the 4-finger CE HBT cell were measured. Bias point for all transistors was at V_ce: 2 V and J_c: 9.62mA/um^2.

Radio Access Network Anomalous State Detection Dataset
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This project [1] produced two types of data: Working Data and Derived Data. The Working Data includes raw measurements collected from a Radio Access Network (RAN) utilizing commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware. These measurements were gathered at multiple layers of the Long-Term Evolution (LTE) protocol stack within the RAN, in both a baseline state with encrypted data and an anomalous state with encryption disabled.

Dual-Frequency-Bias Programmable Josephson Voltage Standard Circuit
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This paper presents a 2 V programmable Josephson voltage standard with dual microwave frequency inputs and multiple output taps. The design provides three main features: (1) output voltages with nanovolt resolution, (2) the ability to perform a microwave frequency self-check based on a null voltage measurement, and (3) additional voltage output taps providing simultaneous 10:1 (or 5:1) divided voltage reference for resistive divider calibration. With low heat dissipation this device is well suited for implementation with a compact cryocooler as a turnkey traveling system.

Trojan Detection Software Challenge - mitigation-image-classification-jun2024-train
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
mitigation-image-classification-jun2024-train datasetThis is the training data used to create and evaluate trojan detection software solutions. This data, generated at NIST, consists of image classification AIs. A known percentage of these trained AI models have been poisoned with a known trigger which induces incorrect behavior. This data will be used to develop software solutions for mitigating/removing that trigger behavior from the trained AI models. This dataset consists of 288 AI models using a small set of model architectures.

Voltammogram Data Associated with Manuscript titled: "Strategies for Assessing the Limit of Detection in Voltammetric Methods: Comparison and Evaluation of Approaches."
Data provided by National Institute of Standards and Technology
This data set contains the instrument files (.pssession) as well as the extracted voltammogram data as (.xlsx) for voltammetric analysis of lead, diphenylamine, ferrocyanide, naltrexone, and acetaminophen collected during the generation of calibration curves and serial dilutions. Ferrocyanide data was collected via cyclic voltammetry between -300 mV and +700 mV with a scan rate of 100 mV/s and a potential sweep of 2 mV.
