NIST MEMS Calculator - SRD 166

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

This MEMS Calculator determines the following thin film properties from data taken with an optical interferometer or comparable instrument: a) residual strain from fixed-fixed beams, b) strain gradient from cantilevers, c) step heights or thicknesses from step-height test structures, and d) in-plane lengths or deflections. Then, residual stress and stress gradient calculations can be made after an optical vibrometer or comparable instrument is used to obtain Young's modulus from resonating cantilevers or fixed-fixed beams.

NIST Libraries of Peptide Fragmentation Mass Spectra Database - SRD 1c

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

NIST peptide libraries are comprehensive, annotated mass spectral reference collections from various organisms and proteins useful for the rapid matching and identification of acquired MS/MS spectra. Spectra were produced by tandem mass spectrometers using liquid chromatographic separations followed by electrospray ionization. Unlike the NIST small molecule electron ionization library which contains one spectrum per molecular structure, there are several different modes of fragmentation (ion trap and ?beam-type?

IUPAC/NIST Solubility Database - SRD 106

Data provided by  National Institute of Standards and Technology

The IUPAC Solubility Data Series Volumes 1-103 (1979 to 2014) are made available online. Volumes 1-19 and 39-65 are available as scanned and OCR'd single PDF files. Volumes 20-38 are available with each volume indexed and sectioned into multiple PDF files that can browsed using an online table of contents. Volumes 66-103 are available through links to the document at the Journal of Physical and Chemical Reference Data. The electronic part of the database contains 67,500 solubility measurements, compiled from 18 volumes of the IUPAC Solubility Data Series.
